OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Delivery is available to UK Mainland and Wales ONLY, we use specialist delivery services for our items to make sure they get to you undamaged, our drivers pick up the items from our warehouse and deliver straight to your door. You can expect your item to be delivered to you within 1 week (2 to 7 days) of paying for your purchase, delivery to Scotland may take up to 2 weeks.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason and wish to return it please contact us within 7 days to do so, Please note that if you do change your mind and want to send the item back you will be liable to pay return postage. a full refund (EXCLUDING POSATGE) will be sent to your account upon us receiving the shower back. All items must be placed back in the original packaging, Packaging and contents must be in perfect condition to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse an item if it has been installed as we will not be able to re-sell it.
